Gil White has a diversified practice with a concentration in two major areas –banking & finance and e-commerce.

Gil specializes in representing lenders in international financing transactions. Gil has unique experience in acting on behalf of Israeli banks financing Israeli-owned international groups in the real estate sector and other cross-border activities – often coordinating teams of international legal counsel in various jurisdictions. Additionally, Gil frequently represents major international financial institutions lending into Israel.

Gil also counsels, on an ongoing basis, Israeli related companies on their international affairs – particularly, in the e-commerce sector. Gil has, for over a decade, advised the world’s leading internet gaming companies with respect to corporate and other issues. Gil has coordinated initial public offerings and M&A transactions which have proved to be standard-setting in this nascent industry.

    • Providing regular jurisdiction-specific risk analyses (notably in relation to the UK, EU, US and the Far East)

    • Creating corporate, tax and trust structures and generally advising clients on issues such as funds segregation, financial services, regulatory compliance and taxation.
