Together with colleagues in our Competition, Litigation & Arbitration and Corporate groups, our TMT team works with gambling sector clients on large and small scale IT and commercial contracts, corporate transactions, disputes and fraud investigations, and gambling and liquor licensing. We are a full service firm and also offer supporting services relating to Property and Planning, Tax, Employment and Pensions.
We have seen exponential growth of both our practice and the gambling group in the last few years, as our gambling sector clients extend their online operations and have increased their demand for our services.
We have combined our long-standing knowledge of the gambling sector with our extensive experience of negotiating and managing complex IT projects and our detailed IP specialisation to develop a particular expertise in complex and high value contracts for the provision of remote gambling systems and related services. Together with our clients’ commercial, technical and legal teams, we drill down into the detail of these arrangements including the minutiae of complex revenue calculations, but without losing sight of the big picture, to ensure the contracts reflect the commercial deal.
Without clients, we do not exist.

Our biased view is that legal services at all times should underpin the clients’ needs and business objectives. We are dedicated to tipping the scales in your favour. Making sure you win – whether that’s in Court or in your marketplace.

Helping you achieve transformational change

We guide a diverse range of multi-national clients through transformational change. So when you need to know whether to press ahead with major change, we’ll give you an answer, not a 15-page note. Our lawyers don’t need to sit on the fence. They know the answer and they’ll tell you.

You’ll get the best advice on project structuring and procurement to attract the best bids, achieve value for money, and ensure your project is delivered on time. We’ll give you the edge if you’re bidding.

When you’re buying, selling or investing, we’ll help you finance for growth and create value. This includes introducing you to influential and helpful funders. When you’re closing the deal, we’ll be fighting in your corner with you.

Should relationships with your customers, suppliers or business partners not go as well as planned, our substantial litigation team is on hand to help you resolve matters and protect your business interests – through mediation, arbitration and the Courts.

In the minefield that is today’s regulatory environment, we’re out in front of you, assisting you in sorting out the risks from the opportunities.

Consistency and innovation in your day-to-day business development

We’re constantly monitoring your sector. So in matters like corporate governance issues and pensions, you can rely on us to get things consistently right. You’ll benefit from our accumulated research into your sector and regulatory environment.

If you have a multi-jurisdictional matter to deal with, you’ll benefit from our international reach. We share our knowledge with clients on a continual basis through regular reporting, seminars, bespoke in-house training, and public courses.

When you’re looking to save money (who isn’t?), we lead the field in cost-cutting innovation.

Diane Mullenex of Pinsent Masons LLP earns peer praise for her “stellar practice.” Significant gaming clients such as bwin.party, PKR and Partouche seek her representation in a broad range of gaming issues.
